MuteMyMic in the Wild

I’m wondering if it is possible to use your app to create a “cough button” for podcasting. I see how I can quickly mute and unmute using the opt-F5 key, but is there a way to set it so that I can hold a key down to mute and it will unmute once released? It would be useful for stifling a cough and not forgetting to unmute mid-conversation.

Hello Michael,

you are right – this would be really nice feature. I will add it to my TODO list.

I’ve contacted the developer to see if this feature can be added to a future version of the app, and looks like it has officially been added to his to-do list. […]
