Icon is in the dock, but will not open. There is no icon in status bar. I’ve repaired permissions, and even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still won’t open and there is still no icon in the status bar.

I paid $2 on Mac App Store, but it had problems loading. I eventually downloaded the free 1.9 version, which works, but I don’t have the advanced features. It says I need to register thru Paypal (which is in foreign language, can’t read), but I’ve already paid once.

What do I do?

Hello Daisy,

sorry for all the inconvenience. This is unfortunately a bug in most recent release. You can fix it following way (enable access for assistive devices):

System Preferences -> Universal Access -> [x] Enable access for assistive devices.

This is know bug and new release is already in the review process. This bug will be fixed in 1.9.1 version.

Sorry for all the inconvenience.

In case this doesn’t solve your issue or you don’t want to enable the access for assistive devices, please contact me via e-mail.
