Increase mouse speed Mac OS X

In order to increase your mouse speed execute within Terminal:

defaults write -g com.apple.mouse.scaling [scale_number]

Put in place of a value that will fit your needs. 5, 7 or 10 probably will do a thing for you. After executing this command you have to log out and log in again.
